I’ve seen Gini Rigs offered on other sites.  Is this the “Official Site”?
Yes, we are currently migrating all our sites to ginirigs.com to simplify our order processing, faster service, and give our clients a better overall experience.  We’re also staffing our servicing center with native English speakers to better serve you.

When will I receive my order?
Typically, we try to have each order processed within one week of receiving a verified payment.  Our process involves a very detailed inspection process which gives our customers a higher quality standard, and ensures that our customers receive the right parts.  Once we ship your order we’ll send you a tracking number via email.  If you’ve been waiting for the tracking information and haven’t received it within 2 weeks we ask that you double check your email and spam.  Sometimes our emails get tossed in with the rest of the junk mail.  We also cannot put a time frame on how long your order will be held by your local customs office.  Most of our customers receive their packages within 2 weeks from placing their orders.

I’m missing parts.  How do I request the missing parts?
During our shipping process we have a video record of every package that leaves our shipping center.  This allows us to verify all contents of each shipment if there are any discrepancies.  If you do find that a part is missing please file a complaint with paypal with your order number, and we’ll review your package.  If we find that we’ve made an error in your package we’ll send you the missing parts as soon as its verified internally.  We ask that you send in your requests within 7 days of receiving your package.

I ordered your products on Ebay and/or a different site can you help me?
Sorry…it’s very difficult to track down orders that were made on different sites.  There are many re-sellers and ebay sellers out there selling our products.  Therefore, it’s nearly impossible to track orders, communication, and sales.  There are also people selling second hand products which we simply don’t have control over.  If you have issues with your order we ask that you contact the seller directly as we can only assist clients that have ordered through ginirigs.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes!  We ship to just about any country.  If you’re country is not listed on the list when checking out send us an email and we’ll see if we can take care of it for you.

Do you sell the products individually?
We are currently updating our online catalog so that you can buy each component separately.  We’re updating the catalog daily…stay tuned for more options!

Do you have any other payment options besides Paypal?
We are currently only offering secure payments through the Paypal gateway.  It’s one of the most secure payment methods we found.  You can also bypass having an actual Paypal account by clicking on the “Don’t have a PayPal account” button as you proceed through the checkout process.  You’ll be given options to pay via debit/credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express).

How do I put my Gini Rig together?
We’re currently working on detailed illustrated directions that will soon be available for download.  In the meantime, please look at the photographs provided on the site that correspond to your rig model.

Do you support multiple currencies?  How does the currency exchange rate work?
Yes, the current currency rates are calculated real-time through the Paypal payment gateway.

Will I get charged a customs tax in my country?
Customs tax varies from country to country.  We cannot guarantee whether or not you’ll be charged a tax on your shipment.

Do you have an affiliate program?
We’re re-working our affiliate program at this time.

Do you have another shipping method?  Can you discount the shipping rates?
Currently, we only use DHL and EMS.  Unfortunately, we cannot discount any shipping and handling rates.  We have taken this into consideration when lowering our prices for each product.

What is your return/refund policy?
Currently, our low prices does not allow doesn’t give us any room for returns/refunds.  However, we do plan on implementing a return/refund system in the near future.
